Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

• Complimentary door to door delivery for orders above S$80
• S$4 shipping fee for orders below S$80
• Delivery will be attempted within 3-5 working days*
• Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday

• Do note that there will be an extra surcharge on all courier orders being delivered to Sentosa

International Shipping (Malaysia and Indonesia)

• S$12 shipping fee for orders below S$200
• Delivery will be attempted within 14 working days*

International Shipping

• S$18 shipping fee for orders below S$200

• Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods
• Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non- collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less S$60 to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound shipping costs
• Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries- if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be discard by customs and will not be refunded by Cottage Ollie
