Unfortunately due to the large amount of orders we process and heavy sales periods where we get thousands of orders placed at one time. Sometimes we get an oversell on a product or we may recall a product. We will automatically process your order and keep it moving through the warehouse by refunding you of the missing item and completing the rest of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t put the order aside and allow the option to swap for something else as we are processing large amount of orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed due to the volume we process daily. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, additional delivery cost is applicable and borne by customer.
All items are listed in Singapore dollars
Visa, Master, AMEX, PayNow is all accepted.
We will send your order together once pre-order item has arrived
It is the responsibility of the customer to organise their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is paid during checkout. However, the courier itself has protection for items being shipped and you will need to reach out to them directly with the tracking number.
For purchases outside of Singapore, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders
