  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept size exchange or refund
  • If you have received a defective or wrong product, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@cottageollie.com within 3 days upon receiving the product
  • Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact
  • We will be responsible for the return postage
  • In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you
